Reporting a result that looks wrong
So that we can look into it, please include:
- the address of the page, or the tool’s name;
- the settings you used, exactly as entered (copying the address bar after a draw captures them);
- what you got and what you expected, with how you worked it out if you can;
- your browser and device, if the page did not respond.
A single surprising result is not on its own a sign of a fault: runs, repeats and the same number twice in a row all happen by chance more often than people expect. If something keeps happening over many draws, tell us how many draws you made and what you counted.
Lottery rules and other facts
Lottery operators change their games from time to time. If a game’s number pools on the lottery number generator no longer match the operator’s rules, let us know and include a link to the official rules page if you have one.
